International Day of Persons with Disabilities, 3 December

To eradicate the discrepancies preventing people with disabilities enjoying growth and development with the world, we must remember to assist and support them in whatever way we are able to, especially those poorest or most vulnerable.

This World Day follows the Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and 10 (Reduced Inequalities).

World Soil Day, 5 December

Over 95% of all food comes from soil nourished by water. Maintaining and protecting both in the face of overpopulation, climate change, and bad maintenance, is of vital importance.
This World Day follows the Sustainable Development Goals 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).

International Anti-Corruption Day, 9 December

The World Day is to remind everyone that combating crime is their responsibility, not just those of authorities, and everyone has to do their part. This year’s focus is on youth: with nearly two billion young people, a quarter of the world population, there is the impetus for great potential for change and progress.

This World Day follows the Sustainable Development Goals 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

Human Rights Day, 10 December

On the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we must remember that every human being is equal with inalienable rights to be protected as much as possible.

This World Day follows the Sustainable Development Goals 10 (Reduced Inequalities), 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
