EMSOL is dedicated to delivering high quality and creative Electrical, Mechanical, and Solar Photovoltaic EPC contracting services, and the supply of equipment and products for industrial and commercial customers in the UAE.

Quality Management Policy Statement
EMSOL Engineering & Contracting was established in 2018 in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, in order; to provide high quality LV Electrical, Mechanical and Solar System EPC contracting services in the UAE.
We define quality in term of offering our customers the most effective and efficient technology to meet or exceed their needs, with firm commitment to the safety and health of our customers, our team, and the community at large, whilst promoting energy efficiency and environmental conservation and sustainability.
To achieve our stated policy, we are committed to:
- Establish systematic customers’ needs assessment to enable us to offer creative and complete solutions to their full satisfaction.
- Have teams of highly trained, competent, engaged and committed employees, to execute projects and offer services in a professional, efficient and uncompromisingly safe manner.
- Carry out a customer satisfaction survey and systematic detailed end-end reviews and analysis of all executed projects to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Management Team
Prior to starting EMSOL, Dr Masood Al Rais served at Dubai Aluminum (DUBAL)/Emirates Global Aluminum (EGA), from 1983 to 2016, where he held various senior management posts including Manager Metallurgy. Technical Manager and Senior Manager Desalination Operations. As Senior Manager Desalination Operations the post he held for the last 12 years, he was responsible for the overall management of over $300 million worth of assets which included a large seawater desalination plant and 2 backpressure steam turbines. He was also responsible for a significant revenue from this operation.
Dr. Masood holds a PhD in Materials Science and Technology from Brunel University in London, UK. He also completed executive management training inInternational Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Engr. Ariel Ambata

Project & Tendering Engineer
Before joining EMSOL, Ariel Ambata was a QC – Electrical Engineer with SM Development Corporation in the Philippines for around 4 years. He also worked with Bin Ghalib Technology as Project & Tendering Engineer for around 5 years in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. During those periods, he developed his skills in project costing & estimation, negotiation, QA/QC, & project management in field of LV & MEP environment in UAE region.
Ariel holds Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Mapua Institute of Technology in the Philippines in 2004, he is also a Registered Electrical Engineer with Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) on the same year.
