This Day follows the Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being).
World Water Day, 22 March

More than 3 billion people depend on water, but only 24 countries cooperate on sharing it. For the year’s theme of Water for Peace, we must recognize the importance of working together to use this precious resource responsibly and humanely.
This Day follows the Sustainable Development Goal of 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and 17 (Partnership for the Goals).
International Day of Zero Waste, 30 March

Around 2.2 billion tons of solid waste are produced annually, yet 2.7 billion people live without access to proper solid waste management. For the sake of economic and wellness development, everyone must work to reduce as much untreated waste as possible.
